Virtual Windsor – Logo, Website Design, Branding & Marketing

Sadly, our client HPower had to cancel Royal Windsor Horse Show because of Covid-19, but we helped them find a way to continue the show virtually. Within three weeks of the early-2020 lockdown we had planned, designed and launched Virtual Windsor which enabled the organisers to hold real-time competitions, inform and engage with their world-wide community and provide an essential marketplace for their loyal exhibitors who had lost their main summer sales opportunity.

We ended up creating the biggest online equestrian show ever held.

What’s more, in order to help their exhibitors, we created a number of features within Virtual Windsor enabling them to link to social channels and engage with shoppers. We also created a fully interactive map so visitors could effectively browse through the virtual show and then link out to exhibitors’ websites to help drive sales.

Royal Windsor Horse Show has a vibrant and active social following, so of course the Virtual Windsor site featured Facebook, Instagram and Twitter feeds suitably customised to fit with the RWHS brand, further enhancing community engagement.

So successful was the virtual show, our client decided to repeat the experience with a complete annual series.
